Hello and Welcome!  I am honored to have been selected as President of Tennessee Society for Healthcare Human Resources for 2017.  It is going to be another strong year for association.  Join us!!

 

We have a tried-and-true board and we are actively planning the annual state conference.  Put the date on your calendar for August 24 & 25, 2017!  The conference will be held at the THA offices in lovely Brentwood, TN.  It’s a perfect venue for our group.

 

Please join me in thanking Rosalie Gibson for a great 2016 and helping plan and implement such a successful annual state conference!!

Feel free to reach out to any board member if you have suggestions or ideas that would benefit our membership.  We would welcome any suggestions for presentations or speakers for our upcoming conference so let us know about any powerful presenters which you have benefitted from their insights.

 

If you are looking to become certified this year, please apply for our certification assistance.  You must be an active member to participate in this offering.  You will receive so many other benefits by being a member!  Tennessee has five local chapters which you may join locally and participate in group meetings all close to where you work or live.  Check out our website for the contact links for the chapter most convenient to you.

 

If you think that you would like to join the TSHHRA board, come and sit in on a meeting.  No pressure… I believe that you will discover how special our group is and that you will want to help us expand the knowledge and networking capabilities of your fellow healthcare HR professionals across our great state!
